xxxxxxxxxxxI purchased 6 of the ST641. First off, they are darker than they appear here. If I would have known that, I may have changed my color choices. I got 1 black, 2 royal and 3 navy. Royal is very nice, not as bright as shown; would have chosen more if I knew how they looked. Embroidery is very nice as well. I wasn’t sure about the size when they said 3.5″ but it’s large and easy to read and see. I also like their suggestion to match the thread color of the logo to the shirt color. Finally the fit. Fit seems true. I’m 5’10”, 175lbs and they fit just right. But if these were cotton/poly blend, I would have needed large. Since they are 100% poly, I’m confident they will be fine for some time unless I get bigger. I did try on a different style of sport tek polo that was a large but fit more like an extra large, but they probably cut shirts different for the style. If you are unsure, go with large. I would actually like to see the large in this style. Hope this helps.
